    山东众成清泰(济南)律师事务所国际业务中心副主任，济南市律协国际商事业务专业委员会秘书长。2019年入选司法部中国千名涉外律师人才库。苏娜律师专注国际贸易、跨境投资等商事法律业务，常年为山东省多级政府商务部门 及山东高速物流集团、国泰租赁、国惠投资、浪潮电子信息、浪潮思科网络科技、济南城建、齐鲁电机、中国电建核电工程公司、浦发银行等大中型企业提供涉外法律服 务，擅长在涉外业务中综合运用法律、经济、管理、财务知识为客户提供一体化解决方案。

2014-2015年受山东省人社厅、司法厅共同选派，赴美国密苏里州立大学攻读并取得工商管理硕士，金钥匙国际荣誉学会成员；

From 2014 to 2015, she was jointly selected by Shandong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and Shandong Provincial Department of Justice to study for her MBA in Missouri State University, United States and obtained her MBA degree. She was admitted as a Member of Golden Key International Honor Society during the MAA courses.

2002-2007 山东工商学院（原中国煤炭经济学院） 获法学、经济学（国际贸易专业）双学位。

职业资格

2008年通过国家司法考试，2010年执业，具有国际商会认证跟单信用证专家(CDCS)、国际商会认证保函与备用信用证专家(CSDG)、证券从业资格。
