◆ 工作经历/Work Experience
苏娜律师现担任山东众成清泰（济南）律师事务所合伙人、国际业务中心主任，全国律协专业委员会委员，山东省律师协会国际贸易与国际投资法律专业委员会副主任。一带一路律师联盟成员。
苏娜律师专注国际贸易、跨境投资等商事法律业务，常年为山东省多级政府商务部门及大中型企业提供涉外法律服务，擅长在涉外业务中综合运用法律、经济、管理、财务知识为客户提供一体化解决方案。
Ms. Su is the Partner and the Director of International Business Center of Shandong Jointide (Jinan) Law Firm, the member of the All China Lawyers Association specialized committee，the deputy director of the International Trade and International Investment Law Professional Committee of the Shandong Lawyers Association. She is admitted as the member of the Belt and Road international Lawyers Association.
Ms. Su focuses on international trade, cross-border investment and other commercial legal services. She provides foreign-related legal services for several multi-level government commercial departments in Shandong and large and medium -sized enterprises. She specializes in providing integrated solutions for clients by using a wide range of knowledge about law, economics, management, and finance.

2023-2024 英国BPP大学PGDL（Postgraduate Diploma in Law）普通法转换课程。
2019年被全国律协涉外领军人才项目选派赴英国伦敦进行国际商事仲裁培训；
2014-2015年受山东省人社厅、司法厅共同选派，赴美国密苏里州立大学攻读并取得工商管理硕士，金钥匙国际荣誉学会成员；
2002-2007 山东工商学院（原中国煤炭经济学院）获法学、经济学（国际贸易专业）双学位。
From 2023 to 2024, Ms. Su studied the PGDL course at BPP University in the United Kingdom.
In 2019, she was selected by the All China Lawyers Association Foreign-related Leading Talent Program to attend international commercial arbitration training in London, England.
From 2014 to 2015, she was jointly selected by Shandong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and Shandong Provincial Department of Justice to study for her MBA in Missouri State University, United States and obtained her MBA degree. She was admitted as a Member of Golden Key International Honor Society during the MAA courses.
From 2002 to 2007, she studied in Shandong Institute of Industry and Commerce (formerly China Institute of Coal Economics) and obtained double degree of Law and Economics (International Trade) upon graduation.
◆ 职业资格/Qualifications and Certification
2008年通过国家司法考试，2010年执业。
通过国际商会认证跟单信用证专家（CDCS）、国际商会认证保函与备用信用证专家（CSDG）、证券从业资格考试。
2019年入选司法部中国千名涉外律师人才库。
She passed the National Judicial Examination in 2008 and began to practice as a Chinese qualified lawyer in 2010.
She passed the exam for qualification of International Chamber of Commerce Certified Documentary Credit Specialist (CDCS), Certificate for Specialists in Demand Guarantees (CSDG) and PRC securities qualification certificate.
In 2019, she was selected as a member in China Thousand Foreign-related Lawyers Database of the Ministry of Justice.
